OFFICIAL RULES: No payment or purchase is required. Void wherever prohibited. This competition is a contest based on judging criteria of the participants to portray in the judges’ sole discretion the top 2 Halloween Costumes. Please do NOT enter if you live outside of the United States, are under 18 years old or do not agree to fully comply with the Official Rules.
These Official Rules govern your participation in this Halloween Contest. Entry shows your full acceptance of these Official Rules. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
CONTEST PERIOD: This Halloween Contest begins on October 20, 2025 and ends on or about November 21, 2016.
ELIGIBILITY: To participate and to win either prize, you must: 1) be a legal resident of the US or the District of Columbia, 2) be 18 years old or older, 3) not be a member of SAG-AFTRA, ACTRA or another performer’s union or guild and 4) agree to comply with the Official Rules. If you win one of our 2 prizes, you agree to fill out your winner agreement completely and truthfully or you may be disqualified from our contest.
WE MUST RECEIVE ALL ENTRIES BY 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ON NOVEMBER 21, 2016. Only one costume entry per person/email address please!

1) an image of a public figure or celebrity, unless it really is you,
2) someone else’s image or name without his/her permission,
3) a sexually explicit, nude or violent image or
4) a costume that insults any gender, religious, ethnic, age or professional group.

OWNERSHIP: By entering this contest, each Entrant agrees that the photos will become the sole property of Singles With Food Allergies LLC and shall not be returned. This is irrevocable.
VOTING: During the voting period, you are welcome to share your entry using social media to get votes. Everyone who votes must be 18 years or older and have either a Facebook or Twitter account. A voter must 1) log into his/her social media account and 2) vote for an Entry. All voters agree to let Singles With Food Allergies LLC use her/his Social Media profile information for voting authentication, if needed.
JUDGING CRITERIA: Entries will be judged on creativity and originality.
PRIZES: The value of the 1st Place Prize is $160: a one-year membership to THRIVE MARKET and a $100 shopping spree. The value of the 2nd Place Prize is approximately $100: your choice of 6 specialty baskets filled with food allergy friendly foods.
Any federal, state and local taxes remain the responsibility of the Winners.
If either the first place or the second place winners cannot be contacted for any reason after a reasonable amount of effort has been made using the information provided on the website, or either was ineligible to have entered the contest, the potential winner will be disqualified and Singles With Food Allergies LLC will choose another winner.
RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL Life is full of the unexpected. Singles With Food allergies LLC reserves its right to modify or cancel this contest in its sole discretion for any reason not limited to website problems and fraud.
